Activ8 is shipped from Haps, the Netherlands. All rights reserved. This page is for reference only. It doesn’t entitle customers to any claims if any order is slower or more expensive than mentioned above.

DISPATCH TIMES

Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 4 business days. You will receive a track & trace when your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery takes 1-5 days after dispatch for most EU countries. Delivery in the Netherlands is most likely 1 day after dispatch.

Shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders of €50,00 or more. Shipping costs for orders below €50,00 start at €3,95. Shipping to Belgium and Germany is free on orders of €55,- or more. Shipping costs for orders below €55,- start at €6,75 for Belgium and €5,95 for Germany.

IMPORT TAX

Anyone in a Schengen country doesn’t have to pay import tax. For the other countries, please note that you’ll have to pay for the customs cost and import tax or VAT.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If your package arrives damaged, please make sure to take pictures of the damaged parcel and content as you have received it and send them to info@activ8.com with your order information. We will start an investigation regarding the issue with the transportation company and will find a solution accordingly.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

If you’d like to return your product, please fill out this form and add it to the package with the products you would like to return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the product was damaged before arriving/broken in this case we’ll supply a return label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over € 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
